  • What type of clothing do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of sustainable material clothing for men and women, including casual wear, activewear, and accessories. As well as tobacco pipes and rolling accessories.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship worldwide! Check our shipping policy for specific country exclusions and estimated delivery times.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard Shipping is 3-7 business days. Expedited Shipping is 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping: 1 business days. International Shipping is 10-15 business days, depending on the destination. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping preparation with standard shipping.
  • Can I track my order ?
    Once your order is placed ,you will receive tracking information to the email on file.
  • Part of my order is missing
    We strive to get orders correct but on the rare event that anything is missing, please refer to our our CONTACT PAGE if anything is missing from your order.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    Yes, exchanges are free of charge. Just specify your desired size or color and order number in the contact form.
  • Which methods of payments can I use?
    We accept all major credit cards, apple pay and Android pay as well as Paypal payment plan.

Return Policy

 Eligibility :Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Condition :Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.

   Process: Contact their customer service to initiate a return. They will provide a return shipping label.

   Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Original             shipping costs are non-refundable.

   Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

Shipping Policy

    Order Processing:Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be              processed the next business day.

  Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.

International Shipping: 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the                responsibility of the customer.
